CS 1.6 FPS Fix

A fix has FINALLY arised on how to fix those crappy framerates everyone (even people with high-end computers) get on aztec/in some other cases.. follow this link:

I JUST tested this, and wow, works beautifully. My FPS in aztec doesn't drop at all above the water, where it used to drop to around 30

Same thing there, alot of people say it doesn't work, but I used to get <30 FPS on aztec, now I get 71 constant (fps_max is 71.. so.. yeah)
