View Full Version : Steam survey majorly flawed.

Tons of users (including myself) are getting this message when they upload their results, "We weren't able to successfully receive your data. Please try again later." This came out on Wednesday and it's still continuing into Saturday. I deleted my .blob file and it still doesn't work. The Steam forums were complaining and a mod said they are working on it. Kinda annoyed they gave out those stats during this weeks news...

I had this, a few hours later when I restarted steam or something, it asked it again and it worked fine.
Didn't work for a few days for me, then just started working all of a sudden tonight.

Go the successfully surveyed.
It's probably because you're not selecting the right options. :P

Does the system randomly select people to take it? Cause I didnt know anything about a zsurvey until the week news.
it asks you when you install steam on your PC

Well I quit it. Still people are having problems but oh well, flawed results. They should show 34bit vs 64bit systems as well.

Agreed it would of been nice, but so little software is out there being written for 64 bit, you have to wonder whether there is ever going to be the jump.
