So at painting lessons they're playing this CD and this mellow song comes on, and I'm like, "Zomj what's this?" And my instructor says, "Enya, do you lick it?"
And how so!
Normally I hate Enya because of that popular song that goes something like
whooo can say where your heart goes
when your love dies
only time
Etc.
I can't stand this song.
But in the gallery they played one that sounded kind of like a blend of Zero 7 and Madonna, which is nifty, IMO.
Anyone else like Enya?

Angry Lawyer forces me to listen to it to improve my health. Orinoco flow all the way...
We listen to the crap on the radio at art lessons :(
I don't hate Enya, I don't love it either.

There's a tune in my archive named 'Enya - Now We Are Free.mp3' and it sounds like Enya, but someone said it's not Enya. I think it's from the Gladiator soundtrack?
Anyway, more related to the topic ... Enya is OK in small doses when i'm in the weird sort of mood for it. It's rare, but it's there.

I actually do like enya.
I put it in a category with sarah mclachlan and the cranberries, that category being CDs I listen to in their entirety before I go to bed, for weeks in a row.

enya is good for relaxing, I have a few of their songs. The whole load of the LOTR soundtracks were made by them

It's not Enya. It's a composition by Hanz Zimmer.

She's okay, pretty voice.
I've only heard that depressing song and the songs on the LotR soundtracks.

Seriously? Did she compose those songs or just perform them?
I loved the LOTR soundtrack.

First two albums were wonderful. Now Enya's songs are all the same.
