Nope, can't do that with any of the games that you physically own and the games that are on Steam.
But you can let Steam start up the games by clicking the "Add a Custom Game to Steam"(something along there) button at the bottom of your games window.

but not with bioshock. It even says on the steam site.
I have a question -
Why is this forum still here when there are less than a dozen posts over the last month and more interesting games to talk about?
I have another question -
If in the middle of a comfortable PC session you snag one of those soft yellow boogers that tickles the inside of your nose so much your eyes water as you slowly pull it out like a french snail, you know, the one that is elastic enough to stay intact yet too wet to flick or wipe and sticks to every finger that tries to scrape it free leaving them all too tacky to touch your keyboard and eventually somehow ends up sitting, cruelly mocking, out of reach on top of the first knuckle of your ringfinger, what do you do? For the love of god, WHAT DO YOU DO?
The answer to both of those is, leave them alone, they arn't doing any harm
