Alright guys we need to start laying the ground work for the game design. We have a fair amount of contributors all that is required now is to form a hierarchy and start fleshing out the details. I think we need to open up a thread or a wiki page that represents the game design document after which we appoint leading rolls for different segments like artwork, coding, level design etc. After these rolls have been setup we need the leads to clearly define the artistic and game play direction of the game. I'm not entirely sure about how to go about this we could have a vote for each roll i.e. lead artist, Lead Level designer etc. Note this does not mean that all design decisions will be formed by the leads (it?s a ?community? effort after all) it just means that they have the primary responsibility of forming and maintaining their respective area, so if you wish to make a contribution you should communicate your ideas to the respective lead. This is by far the best method I could come up with but I'm open to any input you guys have.

Im not entirely sure we have enough people right now to designate leads, or even specific jobs yet.

I can begin level design work when the time comes, but this project is too early in development AND concept to do much yet.
