Stuck in room with GlaDos

Wtf am I to do in here. Big room, I have tried everything I can think off - but the gas always gets me.

look to your left side there is a small room with a button to use it for ......

and think about using the rocket launcher for....killing.... :)

omg - i came so close last night. After your reply I just wondered; what if I need to get all 3 round thingys in the incinerator. Came close - but managed, with 12 secounds to go.

I did it first time round with over a minute left on the clock ... Not sure I did things the proper way (like having to creep round GLaDOS to grab the thing suspended in the air) but it worked anyway.
