I'm stuck on part 19 and I just can't figure this one out!

Give me a hint please, if you can don't just out right tell me what to do.

i'm stuck at the exact same bit...

been trying to do some massive jump up to those crosswalks but can't reach them...

How did you guys even get to this chapter?

Put a portal on the floor where you want to jump up, jump over the ledge and put a portal before you land.

Im on the next but with the shooting thingys and the energy balls.

Got rid of them now im stuck :(

Put a blue portal under the bit you want to ascend into, put a orange portal over the ledge near where you are and drop off the ledge into it, this will propel you high enough through the Blue Portal to see an area of wall or floor where you can quickly fire the Orange into and when you fall back down into the blue Portal you will emerge through it. :)
