That's probably my favourite audio diary. Like I said in my thread, I think whoever voices Cohen does a ****ing amazing job.

you get that power after taking pictures of one of the npcs. i dont remember which one but thats how you get it.

You get it as a reward for photographing one of the slicer types, but I can't remember the name. They're the ones that throw fireballs at you, and can teleport.

It's also IMO the greatest gene tonic in the game. No need to worry about security alarms ever again, and it's great for sniping.

yeah i just got the Iceman log now as i'm replaying bioshock and i'm in Fort Frolic atm.
