Hi everyone. Does anybody know if Team Fortress 2 will support cooperative multiplay (i.e. human team vs. computer) ?

there will probably be a server option to allow a certain number of bots, and what team they will be on, so online players can join the vacant team and play against bots.

I'm pretty sure there will be no bots included with TF2. Correct me if wrong.

I remember reading something about bots, some time ago surfing the net. I don't like multiplayer games too much, and I play them only when I can group with friends in cooperative missions against computer enemies.

Nope, no bots. The only time working with people against computer AI is fun is in RPG's anyway... otherwise it's like going up against complete idiots.

The CS:S bots are quite hard when set to the hardest difficulty, it's like they have hax or something.

And in RTS games too. Computer AI in Dawn Of War is quite challenging!

They just aim quicker, their strategy is most definately not human

Yeah I thought about that post I made and there are some exceptions. :P Another one is Civ IV... and that Left 4 Dead thing that's coming out soon might be worth looking at.
