I haven't seen all the "plasmids" or whatever they are called that alter your genes, but from what I've saw I'd either want the telepathy or the locust one, just because it's weird and creepy.

My favorite so far is the invisbility and electric counterattack. Haven't tried the cyclone because it sounded dumb. :|
I use guns a lot so I prefer secondary automatically-used-when-necessary plasmids. I got a lot of good ones by taking pictures with +%25 research. :D

Levine: I've gotta say, just the simple snap of the fingers when you use the Incinerate! Plasmid, it's such of a "F*** you!" I mean, you snap your fingers and you light the guy on fire, I think that was Shawn Robertson's idea… I just think it's such a great "F*** you" to your victim, you know, it just plays pretty well.

Near the end of the game, you actually are forced to become a Big Daddy (coolest idea ever btw)! I can only assume that you are just like anyone else who applies to become a Big Daddy. They are humans strapped into those big body suits. They are given pheromones to attract the Little Sisters, and the odd moans are due to a larynx modification machine.
