My Amazon order says it'll be dispatched for the 23rd, but you gotta take that with a pinch of salt. Sometimes things from Amazon/Play arrive a day early, sometimes not. I hope I get it a day early.

Why are there all these arbitrary release date restrictions anyway?
I see no reason, logical, economic, political, or otherwise. It seems rather odd, to not have worldwide releases simultaneous. What's the point? It doesn't even make any sense!

Most people who ordered from Gameplay will be getting their copies on the 22nd.

And Zellers/Radioshack didn't appear to have it at all
