CTF and TDM mods for Quake 3

I'm looking for a nice, neat little CTF mod for Quake 3, preferably less than 50 MB (my connection right now sucks, so...)
Ditto for Team Deathmatch. If you guys could suggest something, that would be great.

Know about rocket arena 3? Best mod ever tbh. Well, best multiplayer mod. Best q3 mod would be Defrag.
