I used gamespots download manager service and was able to download the file in 13 minutes. Before it was going 14kbps.

God dammit! I love The Settlers (never played Heritage Of Kings because it looked like a cheap Age Of Empires clone). I've played TS2: 10th anniversary edition to pieces.
