Anger Management

I had a friend tell me that in general, it's better to use a sword on enemies than a gun. I feel that a gun works better to get my anger out, but he was persistent, so I ask you... What is the best way to rid the fustration?

It was a general statement, if I had said, which one does the better killing, some of you may be tempted to think in real life. So, in summary, if you could kill anything anyway you wanted using a gun or a sword, which would you use?

A weapon, preferably full-auto with a loud and beefy sound. When I'm frustrated at, say a person that's been giving me trouble for far too long, I usually kill him, walk up to the corpse and unload a full magazine or two into him while cursing before walking off.
If the game has the option of gibs I usually gib them to pieces with explosives or melee weapons.

Rune multiplayer (http://www.sg.hu/kep/2000_10/rune_hir0904_01.jpg) allowed you to decapitate another player ...you could also pick up his head and either throw it at someone or use it as a weapon ..also if you hacked someone with one of the huge axes in the right way they'd be gibbed ..very satisfying
