Help me find what this song is!

I remembered today a really catchy song I heard in the 90s.

It has a video of a white line (it's just a white line on a black screen) and a white stick person walks along it and loads of animations etc with just white lines.

The annoying part is, I don't know the name or artist but would if someone said it. I'm pretty sure the artist/song begins with a "G" and the music sounds a bit like "zeep zeep zane" rather repetitively, it wasn't popular or a mainstream band.

Hopefully someone here knows what it is, lol. :)
