Porcupine Tree's new album is out today across Europe, the video for the self-titled track can be viewed here. (http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoID=2021941683)

Can't get over the mention of Xbox.... XBOX REALLY IS HUGE!

Anyone purchasing this gem then? I know I will be.

What the hell was that? That wasn't the Porcupine Tree I use to know. :| I had to turn that video off half way through - the lyrics were absoloutly horrendous compared to what Wilson usually conjures up.

Indeed they are very abstract, but that's Steve for you. I think the basis of the song is to point out the hypocrisy behind individuals claiming video games and the media influence children in such an adverse way.

E-mail to Jack Thompson anyone? :D

Yeah, that is true but... eh, I dunno. :| I'll listen to the new album but I think In Absentia is always going to reign supreme for me.

Aye a favourite of mine also, along with Deadwing.

Not bad, bit generic 'rock' though.

I agree, but they did cut out half of the song for the video. Hopefully the full version has more to offer.
