infernal (demo)

So, I randomly discovered Infernal in gamershell.com's demosection the other day. It turns out to be a pretty fun little over-the-shoulder shooter. Best of all; it is supposed to launch by the end of february, which suits me fine since I am very much in-between games right now. It also ran very very smooth on my mid-range rig.

o0o looks good. looks to me like its using hte same engine from rainbox six vegas. amazing how my 7600gt cripples in games after about a year.

Half way decent game, although it suffers from Splinter Cell-itis in only allowing you to wall hug and take cover behind certain items. It's also silly that the character needs a ladder to get over a shoulder height ledge in the factory level. Come on, I thought every third person game had manteling by now.

It won't run for me, says it requires PhysX... bah.

I dont have PhysX and it ran for me, nothing in that game should require it. Overall it was a good demo.

yeah, you don't actually need a physx card, you just need to install the drivers.....but it did that automatically at the install of the demo for me.

where is the key when your fighting the boss??? i keep dying because i cant find it.

Shoot out the three lights, then let your mana charge and hit him with and infernal bullet or whatever the alt-fire is. Three of those are needed, very consoley.

ive done that already and hid behind boxes but the mana doesnt heal. the yin-yang symbol is spinning which means i am in the dark. so whats up?

if the mana is not recharging then not all the lights are out. There is one light behind the boss, maybe you have not shot that out?
