I was just talking about this with some friends yesterday. And...many times before that. There's POL and Pokemon Crater that're based off the GB games, but I think POL's better. A team called Ekaiydo or something like that was attempting to make a fully 3D Pokemon MMO but they closed down this month. :(

I've been saying for years, a real Pokemon MMO would be the greatest thing on Earth.

Right now the map is one big square with trees around the edges, all the players look the same, and you can pick any 6 pokemon you want to start off with.
