P.S: Mr. Wu's analogy was actually incorrect. Klingons actually abide to a strict code of honor, though you get rogues like the Duras Sisters every now and then (see Star Trek: Generations). Also, Vulcans can be quite pissy sometimes; their detachment from emotion actually leads to them being arrogant pricks. For that, just watch any episode of Enterprise featuring vulcans.
