So, I was playing it just now, as Tau, the necron had staged an assault on one of my provinces. Everything was going good until.. PWND! Suddenly, He throws this FREAKING huge force right into my base, Thankfully, At the bottom of the map there was a nice little uprising I had decided to build a secondary base on, So I evacuated and set up a defensive line there. He fins it, and my defence holds. Dear God, There are so many necron bodies! (Easy CPU, Campaign)

Oh, I won that battle BTW. Hehe.. I figured out it was a 2v1. Me being the one. Took 7 Fire Warrior squads and just PWND!

I got Dark Crusade for Christmas but haven't actually had a good go yet.

The imperials seem to be impressive against the necrons. Just make a strong defensive force before sending baneblades and heavies against their base.

Yeah, I started the Campaign today and I'm playing as Necrons. I'm having an easy time against Chaos, but the Imperial Guard are proving a real pain in the ass. I only just managed to push them out of my territory, and that was only due to teleporting my base huge distance to search for their last remaining HQ.
