Those are just the aliens suits and machinery in the pics, what they look like is still a secret.

They are certinetly rendered in real time, as this is how the game will look. But ingame as in the player is playing the actual game, no I don't think. These are most likely just shots to show of the graphics and stuff, but of course this is how the game will look when you first boot it up. No bullshots.

They are certainly ingame. If Gears of War can as good as it does (I'm tempted to say better than Crysis, but to be fair, i own Gears of War and haven't played Crysis, so it wouldn't be fair of me to judge) than there's no reason Crysis can't do the same with Direct X 10 and all.
