hi sometimes i got this problem ingame

now it appears very often and now i cant load game...evertime ingame loading is going on the game crashes and it doesnt work anymore. i reinstalled it but nothing happened...

HELP!!!

I'm having this problem as well, but only after the credits are finished. I can't see the end sneak peek video

(And, for clarification, I've been here long enough, and am not stupid enough, to a. not have performed a search, and b. not having an original copy of the game. I found out how to access the end teaser video here (http://www.halflife2.net/forums/showthread.php?t=106931&highlight=episode+credits), but not how to solve the problem.)
