I've seen Trivium live 4 times and they always put on a good show. Too bad you're seeing them now because they butcher their old stuff by "singing" it. The new stuff sounds great live though.
11/30/06 - Blind Guardian (maybe)
12/17/06 - Children of Bodom & Amon Amarth
1/10/07 - Dark Funeral & Enslaved
7/13/07 - Immortal

Tool - BDO2006 - 21/01/07
And a few other bands will be at the show too, looking forward to it.
Unholy Alliance (Slayer et al) Monday!
Iron Maiden (Trivium Support) December 14th

Normally I go to one gig every two weeks (on average) but atm the only one in the pipeline is:
Rancid (with The Unseen) 7.11.06
I would be going to the Unholy Alliance next week and DJ Shadow in december, but alas, no tickets left.

Last gig I was at was Damnation Festival in Manchester, and on that bill was Mistress, Kingsize Blues, Send More Paramedics, Head-On, Stampin' Ground, The Haunted and fuppin' EPHEL DUATH who were demonic. Seriously, those guys are DEMONS.
Next gig... eh, I hear rumour that Isis are playing in Nottingham. I'm there!

Muse on November 19th :D
ZOMG!
Unholy Alliance kicked more f**king ass last night!
Thine Eyes Bleed - ok
Children of Bodom - AMAZING! Not really heard their stuff, but was blown away
Lamb of God - Pure brutality \m/
In Flames - How the hell haven't i fallen in love with these guys already? Amazing
Slayer - They Slayed! Best thing ever!
Spent most of the concert (Bodom onwards) at the front or actually on the barrier, so close and bloody great. Hot sweaty and no room to move, legs often ended up in the opposite direction to my body but i didn't care. So many people getting pulled out by bouncers over my head as well :D
Thought that i was going to survive all of Slayer on the barrier, but 1/3 through their set a bunch of big old geezers had muscled to the front and squeezed me off the barrier. Knowing my legs couldn't do jack shit after being trapped on the barrier for so long got yanked out by the bouncers and stumbled my way to the wings somehow alive
Purely awe inspiring gig!
Got a great Slayer Long Sleeve Tour T-Shirt too :E
Yayz!
Thinking about going to see Tool with Mastodon as support when they play Cardiff....

Bodom is sick, they're one of my favorite bands. Though i don't like their newest album as much as all the others.

If you can and have the money, etc, then do; it will be a great night. I just wish I had the money for it.

Went to Reading festival earlier this year, which is a great way of filling up the quota of bands this year. Otherwise, I saw The Fratellis back on Monday. Going to see The Good The Bad & The Queen and The Feeling early next year.
EDIT: Top of my list to see live is Kasabian. Freaking love that band.

Nice band list there. The Duels are a very good band. As are Fear Of Flying. There are other good ones there. But I <3 those two.

Was impressed with Duels, although the bassist was a right twat at the bar..
