This one might be a little difficult to ask about. It's a specific type of music that there isn't too much of out there. Basically it's usually a full orchestra and it's usually part of a movie or a game. Some examples of this type of music are:
Pirates of the Carribean Theme
Halo Theme
The Rock the movie Theme
Rainbow Six Overture
I'm looking for music like that, it can be from a game, a movie, an actual orchestra, I don't care. It's the kind of music that sounds epic and emotional. Violins, cellos, big drums, trumpets, etc etc. So if you know any good themes or songs or artists like this, please help me. It's for a college project. Thank you!

I don't know if this is the kind of stuff you're looking for, but how about...
Gladiator soundtrack: everything from the Barbarian Hordes track to the end of the soundtrack should be good.
The Land Before Time opening, and the end theme tune. Seriously. When they finally find the Great Valley, it's SO INSPIRATIONAL. :o
The "Grand Finale" track off the Edward Scissorhands soundtrack.
