...should check this (http://www.play.com/Music/CD/4-/1112942/-/Product.html?searchstring=classic+trance+anthems&searchsource=0) album out. I've just got it and it's great, it's got all the classics on it.

It's probably one of the most complete trance albums i've ever seen and lacks almost nothing. If I had to put one together myself i'd probably use 80% of these tracks anyway.

That does look good. I noticed some great songs there, Motorcycle - As The Rush Comes in particular.

It has Sandstorm though ;(

Yea, I took a few hours to "buy" it too.

I then weeded out the bad songs, I was left with four songs I didn't already have that I like A LOT.

I even made a checklist and crossed out the ones I had or didn't like.

Here's my short list:

candee jay - trance party vol 3 - if i were you(2)
dj sammy & yanou feat do - trance express - heaven
milk inc - berts tunes - walk on water
tomcraft - loneliness

I'm suprised they added BBE - Seven Days & One Week (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9N8WIYQl26w) - this is seriously underrated and overlooked these days but is genuinely the track that started it all, over 10 years ago. Purely amazing.

I think the album is lacking a bit of chicane (locking down / saltwater / something wrong) - each awesome enough to deserve a place in their own right.

I'd also add Reflekt feat. Delline Bass - Need To Feel Loved (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0KA82fWapSY) if I had a choice in the tracklist. I share your dislike of Sandstorm - Really doesnt deserve a place on here!
