Electronic Arts is offering up Sim City Classic as a freely playable online application called Sim City Live Online! The original game has been retooled for Internet functionality, so all you need to play is your browser of choice (provided you aren't running Netscape Navigator.)

I use it with firefox...but I have the FF->IE engine switch button extention thing....

Right... which still makes it incompatable with Firefox without IEtab...

I'm pretty terrible at it...I attribute it to the fact that I have no idea how much money is coming in or going out!

Pay alot of attention to the demand bar. And make sure you aren't putting residential close to the industrial, always a mess...

I miss Sim City 2000. :(

I always sucked at the game too. I'm terrible at Dinopark Tycoon. I'm in college now and I still can't go past one or two hours before going bankrupt. The dinosaurs keep escaping ;(. I preferred Number Munchers over Sim City in school.

Simcity 2k was the best SC game imo.
