I found my original Secret of Monkey Island disc, but it doesn't work

^^ as the title says. When I try and run monkey.exe Windows claims it is not a valid Win32 application. How do I fix this?

I get that problem..I just reinstalled the game and it worked..

Happened when I reinstalled Windows, and tried running games like Quake3 and Quake2....just reinstalled and they worked.

Set in compatibility mode?

If you don't know how... right click on the .exe, go to properties.. then the compatibility tab, run for win 95...
