GC 2006 - New MGS4 trailer!!

According to Konami, game director Hideo Kojima couldn't be at the show in person because he's busy working on the game, but he said he looks forward to attending the Games Convention next year -- along with a playable version of the game. He also said that the final game will look just as good as this trailer when you are playing it. Enjoy.

just saw it, the graphics look so nice, i thought the squadplay between the 2 mercenaries was cool(the taps on the back etc), those metal gears do look sweet, was awesome when one jumped out of the way from a point blank rpg before crushing the guy, wtf at the end though? they all take a dump...lol

Duhhh. Genetically altered cows operate those gears. The series will come right back to the MGS roots with the Genome army of Cow-operated Gears (which explains why Mad Cow Disease exists - it's a coverup for all these tests - just like Gulf War Syndrome was a coverup for the Genome Army tests in MGS).

koj's odd sense of humour maybe although in the HD trailer it looks like they are 'deficating' on the corpses of those they killed, hmmm:hmph:

Well I think those Gears are biomechanical. In the other trailer we saw Raiden cut the legs off and you saw blood and what looked like muscle. So if those things are partially alive it looks like they have another function of every living thing - Waste removal.

I have never played a MGS in my life but this one just caught my attention. But the cow sounds were in the first trailer. Then it got more odd when that Raiden dude was cutting off their meaty legs. And btw they can move their legs 360 degrees for some reason. And they can leap for miles like the Hulk and piss green stuff when they stand up.

Snake's outfit looks a bit different from E3 2006, which is good because I didn't really like the pitch black outfit he had.
