Go to your:

Steam\steamapps\***your email***\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\VGUI\logos

And delete them there...

Can someone Please help me out I need to make this GIF into a VTF i tried everything i couldent make the TGAs into a VTF if someone can help me out just email it to payamasteR@hotmai.com

Have you tried just adding it in the Options menu? Or changing it to tga then doing that...

Sure it does. You just need to convert it to the hl2 type of resource by using a 3rd party app instead of trying to get the game to do it for you and only getting one frame I would guess.

Nah you cant directly use GIF on the Source engine you must convert it to a VTF and put it in the GUI's and Logo folder.
