How to do a Zoom In Fire with the Sub-Machine Gun

I want to zoom-in and fire with the sub-machine gun. Can I create a .cfg file and type the correct console commands in it to make it work? I have downloaded the Zoomfire script from www.halflife2.filefront.com but it didn't work. Pls help me with the console codes I need to put into the .cfg file...thx:D
