So yea, these have been up on the internets for just about 10 minutes now, its being put up on most of the gaming sites right now got them from my inside source who will remain anonymous for now... You only have to wait another hour or so before its all over half the gaming sites though.

That has to be fake. First of all, those could very well be from any other game. There's nothing Half-Life-y about them. Then there's the minor issue that VALVe hasn't even announced HL3 officially yet.

the eps are the filler in between hl2 and hl3

They have never stated the episodes were not HL3.
However here is the quote your thinking of: "We should have just called it Half-Life 3: Episode One, but it's a bit late now," he chuckles.

That is far different than HL2.5. By adding the subdivisions of "Episode #" you are basically seperating the game into Episodes. Because HL2:Ep1 makes no sense. The first episode of HL2.... while that makes sense if you consider the episodes expansion oriented although they are not expansions. So basically Gabe is saying the episodes are HL3 but split up.
