Photo Editing Needed

I'm getting a nose job, curious of any of you can help me edit some pictures to get a better idea of what it will look like. I'd really appreciate any help with this. I'm limited to MS paint :(

oh yah, forgot what I'm to say what im looking to get done. I was looking at getting the bridge of my nose shaved so its either straight, or has a swoop in it. The end of my nose is droopy too, and i was going to have it lifted and straightened.

a lot like that, but a little more drastic with the bridge. like a swoop in the bridge. Its basically the upper part of my nose that im going to have worked on.

Dude... your nose is PERFECTLY, 100% fine. There is NOTHING wrong with it at all, and anybody would be rediculous to think your nose looks bad.

Save your money and spend it on something else, rather than expensive surgery.

The one thing to sort out for modelling that dosn't require surgery is the acne!

High testosterone makes it well bad, mine got quite bad about 6 months ago.
Since i changed my diet around a bit and started taking a bit more zinc my face is quite clear (as you can see in pic)

Also, forgett all those spot creams the best way to get rid of them is to wash face twice daily with normal soap (i use aloe vera) and then get a bit of sun......strong UV kills bacteria in the skin!

Too much is bad, like a lot of things.

But 1/2 hour a day of strong sunlight is much healthier than none.
Sun exposure increases testosterone production as well.........and a tan is usually important if you're a model.
