Estimated Release Date

I know this is the hardest thing to do with Valve, but what are your estimates on Release date? I'm Thinking mid November... ...November 15, 2006

I'm guessing the reason they are waiting to release it is because they need more time for Portal and TF2. They said EP2 started development at the same time as EP1...

Valve announced that they will release it in 2007. There is no possible chance that they release the game earlier. What they do is delay, no vice versa. They get used to delay the release time from the very first game--- half-life.
