Is there a way a player can reopen the MOTD in mid game??.
I've been reading the forums and most of what I found says that you need a pulgin such as Mani Adminmod, AMX or Source Metamod, cause they say the game doesnt do this. I find this hard to belive. when I looked those up I found they are server oriented.
I just want to know if there is a console command or something that would allow me (the player) to trigger the MOTD to open upon request on the user side.
