I know there are a number of sites like this, but i have found this to be the best so far.
www.pandora.com
Put in your favourite artist/song name and listen to a radio station taylored to your choice. This one uses a formula to select tracks which have not let me down so far- great to have running in the background while you do whatever.
Just thought i'd spread the word :D

I don't think I'd of been able to cope through my Manufacturing lessons if I didn't have Pandora.com.

yeah i like it although i find i never really like too many of the tracks similiar to the ones i created the station for in the first place :/
i dunno, i need to use it more tbh. Its a great idea.
Pandora is alright, but because the music it suggests is linked only through certain properties, you may not like everything it gives you. Searching Children of Bodom, I didn't find bands that sounded like Children of Bodom (and there are plenty), but instead like alternative rock with electronic elements.

Holy crap that is awesome! Most importantly for me, the sound quality is top notch. I really don't care what it brings up, as long as it has free music.

Dam straight. I see Wilco is one of the most popular radio searches for Pandora too. That's great.
