Trouble converting tga to vtf/vmt

I used a guide located

Anyways, they use a program called vtex to convert the .TGA file into a .vmt and a .vtf file. The problem is that when i try to convert it, it says it doesnt know where to put the outgoing file to. Help is appreciated. Thx

Yes, I think you have to create the folder where you want to put it, otherwise it shall not work.
