Baddies frozen

I'm a bit into the game and now the last time I loaded my game, all the monsters are frozen. Makes it easy, but no fun of course. I tried restarting the game and reloading my game, but no dice. Anybody have any ideas?

1). Enter "ai_disable 0" into the console. (minus quotes).

2). BUY THE FREAKIN' GAME.

Delete your config, and they won't be frozen anymore. Probably. Or you can just check if you have ai_disable on as Cormeh said or notarget on.
