Not planning on buying the game, but it seems like a fun demo. Going to go check it out later.

Played the X360 demo. Fun game, but I can't foresee buying this game, ever. I can barely foresee renting it, even. The demo was still worth the download, anyway.

While there were many things I didn't like about this game, it's a pretty good game and it actually runs on my computer!
Here's what I thought about it
Pros:
This is pretty cool. Flying through the clouds, it's beautiful with sunlight overexposure effects. The demo is nice and long. I played 3 levels but I think that was the last level. The game runs really well and looks fantastic even on the lowest possible graphic settings. Machine gun fire from your plane looks great.
Cons:
Unlimited ammo and bombs is the first clue to the type of game this is. You can fire your machine guns for a long time and only have to wait a second or two for them to fully recover.
I didn't really like the controls when using the mouse.
Once an enemy fighter is heavily damaged, it starts going down in flames, you can't finish it off no matter how many times you hit them.
The explosions are really good but could be much better. Would have liked to have seen pieces of the plane getting blown apart.
My plane didn't seem to be affected by enemy fire. Seemingly the only way to die is to hit the ground because I actually flew through an enemy plane.
Even though I would take out bunches of their fighters or bombers, their escort fighters didn't bother with me.
Sometimes a mission would revolve around one of your buddies being chased by 10 enemy fighters miraculously hardly taking any damage from all that fire while I was free to get up behind them and take them all out.. they just ignored me!
The font wasn't very fitting.
The German pilots spoke English.
The redneck co-pilot is a bit obnoxious.

I liked Joe, he's cool and saves your ass when you're hit. I dunno about you but enemy fire could effect me if I let them shoot me. They just have terrible aim, only a group of bombers is any real danger

I hated the controls. More realistic flight physics and control and I might've bought it.

WARNING:
I have found that this game and this game demo installs Starforce Security on your computer.
There are numerous threads about Starforce and what it does. It has been said to take control of your CD/DVD drive, in fact I've heard that it can actually damage it, but I don't know if I believe that.
Anyhow, you need to download Starforce Remover if you have installed this game demo.
I am hoping that using the remover fixed some of the problems I've been having in other games since I installed this demo.
heres the link that came up when I searched the forums, but there are more recent links I cannot be arsed to find for you since I already downloaded Starforce remover a while back. Search Google or try a link in this thread somewhere:
