Question about shop keepers and weapons

I want to steal weapons from a shop. I can go in the shop and look at the weapons to buy but I can't find the same weapons in the store anywhere. Anyone figured out how to steal weapons from a weapons shop? Especially the really expensive ones.

You can only steal what you see, which is why stealing from shops is usually a bad idea

Steal from private homes or guilds, way better items.
