Killbox map missing

At the risk of replies from the anti-killbox fraternity I am posting to ask where has Killbox-teh gone? Seems to be missing from all the servers.

It is one of my favs.

Sounds weird. I keep seeing Killbox only servers when I look for new public servers.

Anyway, there are plenty of variations of Killbox on the Steam servers, dunno why you couldnt find them?
