I just bought it, now I'm trying to install it and mid-way through the second disk it says it can't install because some stupid cyilic test and my system hasn't been modified, wtf kind of error is this, I can't even play the game I payed for? Whats wrong with it?

Download the friggin game and use your legit CD key.

That or try a different CD drive.

Also try rebooting.

Since you have the CD's already, you could just rip them into ISO's and then emulate them (A120%, DT, etc) ... it'll be faster than downloading the game.

I've tried re-burning the 2nd disk, and it turns out that there are scratches on the disk (I opened the game new today), so tomarrow I'm taking it back to EB Games and getting a new copy, stupid factory workers... scratching my game, I should kill them all...

That error usually means corrupt data. Your CD's are no good most likely. You should take them back and get it exchanged for a new copy.
