With the recent update to Steam Community, we've seen a much nicer interface with a couple nice additions including the blotter and improved group management. Some of the sharp eyed individuals may have seen the addition of 'Official Groups' which up to this point have only been used for a few smaller titles. Tonight official groups have been unlocked for:
- Episode 2
- Counter Strike: Source
- Portal
- Team Fortress 2
- Left 4 Dead
You can now join these new groups and join the chat rooms for the specific games, I'm certain they'll start getting busier in the next few days. They should be a great tool for large community discussions and organising of multiplayer games. (Or you could just enjoy the company of the
Halflife2.net group). More to be added in the near future,
