These are the Killing Gloves of Boxing (KGB anyone) and is the first unlockable revealed for the Heavy. Upon killing someone with the KGB the Heavy will have five seconds of guaranteed critical hits, using the crit-boost and the KGB the Heavy will be able to extend this killing feast. We just hope that the Heavy doesn't travel down to Georgia!

Some investigation reveals this is the file name for that icon: tf_heavy_kill_taunt which simply put means that the Heavy will have a taunt which can kill, just like the Pyro.
